US: Trump confirms new COVID-19 vaccine

Donald Trump, President of the United States, US, on Monday confirmed another COVID-19 vaccine.

Trump disclosed that the Moderna vaccine was 95 percent effective.

In a tweet, the US President said the discovery was made during his tenure.

According to Trump: “Another Vaccine just announced. This time by Moderna, 95% effective. For those great “historians,” please remember that these great discoveries, which will end the China Plague, all took place on my watch!”

A US biotech firm, Moderna had announced the discovery of its COVID-19 vaccine.
